The person will be working in one of the world's leading financial institutions which is responsible for sourcing, developing and managing high-quality products and services aimed at the wealth management needs of its private clients worldwide.

Working with Wealth Planners, clients and their advisors, you will assist in structuring and establishing trusts and companies, as well as acting as a principal point of contact for senior executives, legal, compliance, tax and audit departments on problem issues.

You will also be involved in contentious or potentially contentious trust-related issues arising bank-wide.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a Partner / General Counsel calibre common-law qualified lawyer with 8+ years' experience gained wholly or substantially in the field of trusts law.

He/she will have expertise in off-shore and, ideally, on-shore trusts and fiduciary work from a top ten law firm or financial institution.
