Senior Trust and Company Administrator

Location: Isle of Man

Salary:

To administer a portfolio of complex trusts and companies, including book-keeping and accounts review for the same.

Accountabilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers and intermediaries
  • Carrying out administration tasks to assigned deadlines

Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to produce quality work to sometimes strict deadlines
  • Ability to consider tax and legal implications of transactions
  • PC and MS Office literate

Competencies:
  • Accurately complete detailed technical work.
  • Self motivated with a structured approach to work
  • Identify and analyse problems by interpreting data available
  • A team player with ability to communicate with, all levels

Essential
  • Knowledge of different types of companies and trusts
  • Book-keeping for companies and trusts

Desirable
Experience dealing with property transactions

Experience:
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Trust & Company Administration
  • ICSA or STEP qualified, or working towards one of these qualifications
