To assist the Company in the commercial review of proposed property transactions and their ongoing monitoring.
To evaluate property proposals and advise as to these and as to on-going property development management.

Skills:

• Experience in evaluating property development projects and in property management and sales
• Ability to assimilate and apply acquired technical knowledge
• PC and MS Excel literate
• Willing to travel (often at short notice) for site meeting

Competencies:

• Accurately complete detailed technical work
• Self motivated with a structured approach to work
• Identify and analyse problems by interpreting data available
• A team player with ability to communicate with, all levels

Essential:

• Ability to summarise and explain property related information in a user friendly way
• Experience and skill in dealing with a variety of principally property related professionals

Desirable:
Up-to-date knowledge of UK residential and commercial property and of changes and trends in town and country planning
