Fund Administrator

Location: Isle of Man

Salary:

The Shareholder Services team provides support services to the shareholders of the funds. The role is to undertake a range of routine tasks, including share dealing, processing of subscriptions and redemption’s, updating deals and advising custodian of money due in and out. Processing of contract notes, liaising with Shareholders, dealing with queries from brokers and IFA’s or other agents. Production of statements and confirmation of holdings.

By using acquired knowledge of processes, procedures and systems under supervisory guidance the relevant tasks will be carried out.

Accountabilities:
  • timely and accurate processing of data
  • accurate record keeping undertaken for shareholders
  • work within the team using established guidelines and procedures
  • provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • processing of subscriptions and redemption’s
  • familiarisation with funds requirements regarding notice periods, performance fee calculations
  • daily, weekly and monthly client and shareholder reporting and servicing deadlines are met
  • ensure all daily work including money movement instructions are reviewed and signed by authorised signatory
  • queries on subscriptions to be followed up with Promoter, relevant Broker or client
  • all client related queries addressed within agreed service standards and in a Professional manner
  • ensure all new account are set up and accurately input onto Lynx
  • work within a team using established guidelines and procedures to deal with queries from external/internal sources.

Skills:

  • proactive processing of client queries, remaining client focused at all times
  • PC Literate

Experience, qualifications:
  • 3 – 5 years in Fund Administration/Life Assurance/Dealing/Finance industry
  • willingness to study towards relevant professional qualifications.
