The trust company based in Gibraltar is looking for a trust officer who is familiar with the principles of Trust and Corporate administration in a Common Law Jurisdiction.

- Educated to A level, with passes at O level in English and Mathematics
- Recently qualified or approaching completion of STEP diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in administering trusts and companies.
- Familiar with the main office productivity software.
- Experience of office environment· Attentive to detail
- Ability to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Trustee Minutes and ancillary documents.
- Preparation of payment instructions, and monitoring execution of instructions.
- Preparation of minutes, and ancillary documents
- Monitoring client assets
- Liasing with clients and their advisers in respect of service issues, via telephone and other electronic interface.
