An international licensed trust company that undertakes a broad range of trust and company administration services for private clients, corporations and charitable entities is looking for a qualified trust manager. Based in Bermuda, the company has affiliated offices in British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands.

The position requires a highly motivated professional to actively manage a complex portfolio of trusts and companies in accordance with the terms of the trust deeds, byelaws, in-house procedures and relevant legislation.

The candidate will be required to manage and control a diversified array of trust assets including those held in underlying companies. He must supervise the work of team administrators and monitor the performance of third party providers of investment, custodial, accounting and other services.

Qualifications/skills:
The candidate shall possess a sound knowledge of trust and company law and company administration in Bermuda. He/she should deal effectively with clients, and have excellent communication skills. An advance working knowledge of computer skills is also desired.
