Client Services Manager

The post holder will be responsible for the management, control and development of administration services provided to cees clients

- Ensuring quality control across all client service teams
- Ensuring delivery of services within established Service Level Agreements
- Liaising with other cees teams / third parties to provide innovative solutions to client situations
- Providing senior level input on behalf of client services at client meetings
- Maintaining relationships with third party service providers
- Ensuring compliance with cees ISO 9001 control environment
- Continuous improvement and development of service delivery and solutions
- As a senior member of the Client Services team contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the business
- Management, coaching and development of staff
- Project management
