Client Services Team Leader
Location: Jersey
Salary:
The post holder will be responsible for the delegation, co-ordination and effective running of the Investments team. This includes 13 direct reports and all relevant tasks ensuring all service levels are met.

- Supervision, control and development of the team
- Responsibility for switching, cash management and contribution processing
- Checking, approving and authorizing all team work with regard to payments, receipts and fund manager/custodian instructions
- Ensuring that tasks are allocated and managed according to priority
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Overall workflow management within the team
- Provide regular training, coaching and feedback for all team members
- First point escalation for senior team members
- Act as mentor to team members ensuring training plans are implemented for new recruits
SKILLS:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Previous experience of managing large teams
- Previous experience of working within an investment environment
- Employee benefits/pension experience desirable but not essential
- Ability and willingness to act on own initiative
- Good people management skills
- Ability to work across teams throughout the division, manage delivery expectation and keep the management team appraised of any issues
- Competent IT skills with good knowledge of Excel
