Assistant Administrator / Administrator

Location: Jersey

Salary:

The post holder will be responsible for providing efficient and timely administration services to participants of international employee benefit schemes and trusts in relation to transfers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Investigation and response to participant queries
  • Maintaining member details on core systems
  • Logging progress of each participant through the transfer process to ensure deadlines / key milestones are met
  • Liaising with other cees teams, the Private Banking team / other in-house specialists
  • Preparation of reports / team performance statistics
  • Maintenance of key checklists / team procedures to ensure compliance with ISO requirements

SKILLS:

  • Broad understanding of trustee risks and responsibilities
  • Educated to A – Level standard or equivalent
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Ownership of team work
  • Willingness to work longer hours when required
  • Competent IT skills with good knowledge of Excel
