Assistant Administrator / Administrator
Location: Jersey
Salary:
The post holder will be responsible for providing efficient and timely administration services to participants of international employee benefit schemes and trusts in relation to transfers.

- Investigation and response to participant queries
- Maintaining member details on core systems
- Logging progress of each participant through the transfer process to ensure deadlines / key milestones are met
- Liaising with other cees teams, the Private Banking team / other in-house specialists
- Preparation of reports / team performance statistics
- Maintenance of key checklists / team procedures to ensure compliance with ISO requirements
SKILLS:
- Broad understanding of trustee risks and responsibilities
- Educated to A – Level standard or equivalent
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ownership of team work
- Willingness to work longer hours when required
- Competent IT skills with good knowledge of Excel
