Client Reviewer (Contract)

Location: Jersey

Salary:

Complete regular client reviews, including risk ratings, to ensure that the Trust Company is meeting all regulatory and internal requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete high, medium and low risk client reviews as required.
  • Liaise with Front Office teams to determine what action has been taken to date.
  • Use experience and knowledge of trust company business to find effective solutions to the issues outstanding then manage the clearance of all tasks taking a proactive and hands on approach. Track rectification of anomalies discovered in the course of the review.
  • Track clearance of tasks on an entity and portfolio basis.
  • Work with the Director(s) responsible to get final sign-off of Client Review.

SKILLS:
  • A minimum of three years experience in Trust and Company administration.
  • Good working knowledge of the relevant regulatory, trust, taxation and investment requirements.
  • Familiarity with structures established in the major offshore centres
  • Familiar and proficient with Microsoft Office, and experience with accounting packages.
  • Ability to articulate issues and to discuss structures with Directors and other officers of the Company.
  • Enjoys working as part of an effective team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work using own initiatives.
