Payments Administrator

Location: Jersey

Salary:

A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator within the Payments Team, a small team who are responsible for the efficient and timely processing of payments and receipts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inputting of payments and receipts.
  • Checking of payments and receipts.
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date bookkeeping of the above transactions.
  • Liaising with Treasury, the Client Relationship team and other internal departments.
  • Investigating and resolving payment and receipt queries.
  • Training and development of junior staff.

SKILLS:
  • Client handling experience – minimum 2 years.
  • Strong Trust & Company bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Good customer relationship skills – diplomacy.
  • Self-motivated/proactive.
  • Competent IT skills.
