A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator within the Payments Team, a small team who are responsible for the efficient and timely processing of payments and receipts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inputting of payments and receipts.
- Checking of payments and receipts.
- Ensuring accurate and up to date bookkeeping of the above transactions.
- Liaising with Treasury, the Client Relationship team and other internal departments.
- Investigating and resolving payment and receipt queries.
- Training and development of junior staff.
SKILLS:
- Client handling experience – minimum 2 years.
- Strong Trust & Company bookkeeping knowledge.
- Good customer relationship skills – diplomacy.
- Self-motivated/proactive.
- Competent IT skills.
