Senior Administrator /Supervisor

RESPONSIBILTIES
SKILLS
- Responsible for all aspects of administration and client service for the client portfolio assigned.
- Responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities from the existing client base
- Normally responsible for the supervision of a Client Relationship Team
- Delegate tasks to more junior staff within the group
- Responsible for the management and development of the staff within the team/group
- Ensure that all administration and client service issues are attended to in accordance with the department service standards and company procedure manual(s) in force at any given time
- Attendance at meetings with clients and/or their advisers and the development of relationships with them
- Deal with all correspondence and client queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for providing any other relevant information to the clients and/or their advisers or to third parties at the request of the client
- Produce data for regulatory bodies
- Maintenance of statutory records
- Produce data for regulatory bodies
- Complete tasks that arise as a result of the Director undertaking client reviews and other internal control routines in a timely and efficient manner
SKILLS
- Good understanding of tax issues
- Preferably hold an internationally recognised professional qualification
- Generally have 4-6 years experience in Trust and Company administration
- Posses organisational/prioritisation skills
- Posses good interpersonal skills to allow for a good relationship with clients and colleagues
- Good understanding of Company Law(s)
- Prepare and review sets of accounts
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Ability to delegate
