PURPOSE

PURPOSE
- To provide effective Risk Management & Compliance support to the individual business units ensuring that effective practices, procedures and controls are in place to comply with company and external regulatory requirements.
- To be the first point of contact for employees and management within the business area for support and advice on Risk Management and Compliance issues.
- To be the contact point with the regulatory authority. To actively manage these relationships ensuring compliance and early warning of future business issues for potential changes to regulations that could affect the business.
- To provide management, coaching and development to junior members of staff as appropriate.
