A Group Private Banking division is seeking a dynamic individual  in the Trust Operations Department with primary responsibility for managing a team of accountants producing all types of unaudited financial statements for Trusts and Companies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing each request for financial statements by ensuring that the individual case budget is met and that each case is profitable
• Submitting monthly billings for invoicing within agreed deadlines
• Managing resources allocated for the support of relevant systems and databases
• Managing the Annual Trustee Fee process by ensuring that all invoices are prepared on a timely basis

QUALLIFICATIONS:

• Professional Accounting designation, C.A., A.C.C.A. or equivalent
• Trust or Estate Practitioner designation would be an asset
• Minimum experience: eight years’ post qualification experience with two years of audit and two years of trust accounting experience
• Strong time management skills disciplined and methodical work practices
